At Seven Buchanan Street you decide the length of term that you want to commit for. Our vat free licence fee includes everything from fibre broadband to a receptionist to welcome your visitors on arrival.
There are a range of office sizes available varying from one person to twenty person spaces.
With access to a fully functional kitchen, a communal breakout area for relaxation, as well as showers for those who wish to run or cycle to work, our workspaces are equipped with everything you need to manage a successful business, without the stress of office maintenance.

Meeting rooms
From a quick one-to-one to an all-day board meeting, Seven Buchanan Street has the space to accommodate your meeting room needs. Our Meeting Rooms come with space for up to 14 people set up in a boardroom style.
Facilities include a 60inch HD tv display screen with HDMI connection with alternative adaptors, or Apple tv. Whiteboards and flip charts are also available on request.
Our Meeting Rooms have Nespresso Machines and a range of hot and cold drinks. We can also supply lunch or breakfast catering packages to suit.
Our rooms can be rented in 2 hour, half day and full day blocks with rates starting from as little as £48.
